ulius K. Nguku was born in 5th April, 1972 in Makueni County. He has a Bachelor of Science and MSc. in Biology of Conservation from the University of Nairobi. He is an Ichthyologist working with the National Museums of Kenya, Ichthyology section. With over 25 years’ experience in Freshwater Fish expeditions, Fish Taxonomy, Data base management and Fishbase, he has published several papers with Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF), Lambert Academic publishers and the African Journal of Herpetology among many Ichthyology Technical Reports. His ambitions are in fish discoveries and conservation.
